Summary
The past few months have brought strong product and commercial progress across the Minima ecosystem.
Our focus is increasingly on turning Minima’s core technology into products that solve real-world problems, generate sustainable revenue and demonstrate the wider potential of the network.
The most significant development has been the commercial launch of Integritas. Since generating no revenue in June, Integritas is now tracking towards $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue—an important early milestone as we work towards building a sustainable commercial foundation for the ecosystem.
We have also launched the beta of an exciting new product called Edge Studio. It provides hardware builders and developers with a workbench for creating, verifying and ultimately monetising data generated by connected devices. The first version runs on Raspberry Pi, and we are working directly with Raspberry Pi to support the full release following the beta.
At the same time, our Minima-on-Chip programme continues to move forward. Phase 3 with the University of Southampton has now been confirmed, with tape-out and physical prototypes targeted as the principal outcomes of this next phase.
Together, these developments show how the different parts of Minima are beginning to connect: the network as the trust layer, Integritas as the data evidence protocol, Edge Studio as the developer environment, and Minima-on-Chip bringing that capability directly into hardware.
Commercial progress and targets
Securing recurring revenue for Integritas has been the most significant commercial milestone of the quarter.
We are now tracking towards our target of $25,000–$50,000 in monthly recurring revenue by December 2026. Our focus over the coming months will be on converting the growing pipeline of Integritas opportunities into further pilots, integrations and commercial contracts.
We have also set an ambitious adoption target for Edge Studio. Once the beta has successfully concluded, we aim to reach at least 10,000 implementations during 2026, with monetisation beginning in Q1 2027.
These are ambitious targets, but they reflect the scale of the opportunity we believe exists around trusted machine-generated data and verifiable edge computing.
Product highlights
Integritas
Over the past three months, Integritas has developed from an early product proposition into a commercial-grade data integrity platform.
Its simple APIs allow developers and businesses to hash, timestamp and independently verify machine, application and AI-generated data against the Minima network.
Importantly, the opportunity for Integritas has continued to broaden. Our original focus was predominantly on AI compliance and the creation of independently verifiable records of AI activity. Through conversations with customers, prospective customers, partners and members of the community, we are now seeing potential applications across a much wider range of areas, including:
- Industrial IoT
- Asset tracking
- Electric vehicle infrastructure
- Document governance
- Connected devices
- Autonomous systems
This is shaping Integritas into what we increasingly see as a machine and data evidence protocol: a lightweight layer that allows devices and software to establish provenance and create tamper-evident histories of events and data at the moment they are generated.
Edge Studio
We have launched the beta of Edge Studio on Raspberry Pi, turning accessible, low-cost edge hardware into a programmable and verifiable machine environment.
Raspberry Pi is widely used by individual developers, educators and enterprises prototyping systems before moving to dedicated or custom hardware. This makes it a natural starting point for encouraging experimentation with Minima-powered data verification.
Edge Studio gives builders a practical environment in which they can explore how connected devices generate data, prove its integrity and ultimately create new services and revenue models around it.
We are working directly with Raspberry Pi to support the full release once the beta process has successfully concluded.
Minima-on-Chip
Phase 3 of our Minima-on-Chip programme with Arm, Siemens and the University of Southampton has now been confirmed and is due to begin in September.
The programme is progressing faster than we originally anticipated. We are now targeting tape-out and physical prototypes by the end of the Phase 3 project.
This represents a major step towards embedding Minima’s decentralised verification capabilities directly into silicon, allowing future devices to verify data and participate in the network from the hardware level.
Challenges and lessons
We also want to remain open with the community about challenges encountered during the period.
In May, we identified a security incident affecting the Minima Web Wallet, an application built on top of the Minima network.
An attacker compromised the wallet’s hosting environment through a malicious backup and captured private-key information belonging to users who logged in between 20 March and 8 May. Funds were subsequently withdrawn from some affected wallets.
The Minima blockchain itself was not compromised in any way.
As soon as the incident was detected, the attacker’s access was revoked. Information and guidance were shared through the relevant community channels, and affected users were invited to contact us directly for remediation.
The compromised server was completely decommissioned and replaced. The underlying MegaMMR-based wallet infrastructure was also retired in favour of the new MiniMask MEG architecture.
This was a serious incident, and we recognise the impact it had on those affected. The actions taken in response have strengthened the security and resilience of the infrastructure used to interact with the Minima network.
Business development
Commercial activity around Integritas has increased significantly during the quarter, combining our first contracted recurring revenue with prospective customer pilots and community-led integrations.
We are continuing to develop the sales pipeline and increase our outreach to create new opportunities. Early outreach has produced some encouraging results, although considerably more work is required to achieve our commercial targets.
There are several active opportunities in the pipeline. However, because these discussions remain commercially sensitive and contracts have not yet been signed, we are not currently able to share further details.
We know the community is keen to hear more about partnerships and customer activity. We will share names and details whenever agreements are sufficiently advanced and we have permission to do so.
Financing
Minima currently has operational runway through Q1 2027, and we continue to manage expenditure carefully.
Discussions are ongoing with existing and prospective investors regarding additional SAFE investment agreements.
Our investment proposition has developed materially over the past few months. Alongside the longer-term semiconductor opportunity, we can now demonstrate recurring revenue from Integritas and a growing pipeline of commercial applications built around Minima’s technology.
The Minima-on-Chip programme remains an important part of these financing discussions. With Phase 3 confirmed and physical prototypes now targeted, we can present investors with a far more tangible semiconductor proposition than was previously possible.
Our immediate financing objective is to extend runway beyond Q1 2027 while maintaining momentum across Integritas, Edge Studio and Minima-on-Chip.
