We are thrilled to announce the migration of Wrapped Minima ($WMINIMA) to native Minima ($MINIMA), marking a pivotal step forward in the growth and utility of the Minima network. With Minima now officially launched, and native integrations on centralized exchanges completed (with more planned ) our focus is now on building and strengthening liquidity on the native chain.
What This Means for you
- Each $WMINIMA is backed 1:1 with native $MINIMA.
- We will be introducing a dedicated Migration Website where $WMINIMA holders can easily exchange wrapped tokens for native tokens.
- This process ensures that you can seamlessly transition to holding and transacting with native Minima on our mainnet.

Key Actions & Timeline
- Liquidity Removal from Uniswap We will be withdrawing liquidity support from the Uniswap pool on 14th March. This also represents an opportunity for others to step in.
- Closure of $WMINIMA on MEXC We will be closing support for $WMINIMA trading on MEXC once the repatriation process goes live on 14th March If you have $WMINIMA held on MEXC, they will take care of swapping to $MINIMA for you - you will find your new $MINIMA balance in the Spot Wallet.
- Migration Process We will launch a Migration Process on 14th March where $WMINIMA holders can easily convert their wrapped tokens to native Minima ($MINIMA).
